Job Description
- Effective communication with customers and engaging with requests, troubleshooting and providing on job training
- Monthly visits to customer sites , collecting data , analyzing costs and productions
- Performing quality surveys and check ups to customer sites
- Ability to lean about Fabric Care washing programming and related dosing systems
- Implementing new solutions, products and services
- Supporting activities in hospitality water treatment field (swimming pools, boilers, chillers and cooling towers)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related technical field.
- 1 year of relevant experience in application engineering or a similar technical support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective customer interaction.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and schematics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Familiarity with industry-specific equipment and technologies is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
