Job Description
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and
- develop tailored solutions in light current / ICT systems.
- Provide technical expertise to the sales team during the presales process. ·
- Prepare technical proposals, including system architecture, specifications, and
costing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Conduct site surveys to assess customer needs and system requirements.
- Create detailed design documentation, including schematics and technical
specifications. - Build technical responses (e.g., technical proposal, compliance requirements
etc.) and technical solutions during RFP/RFI - Provide technical presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts of our
products and solutions to potential clients. - Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate these into
technical solutions - Collaborate with the project implementation team to ensure smooth transition
from presales to project execution. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor
offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, with a focus on light
current/ICT solutions (e.g., Surveillance Systems, Access Control, Audio-Visual
Fire Alarm Systems, building management systems, FTTx, network passive/active
infrastructure etc.). - Strong technical knowledge of light current systems and their applications.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Strong connection network with vendors in ICT and light Current Field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage
multiple priorities. - Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, or similar tools for system design
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
- Knowledge of AI technologies is a plus
