Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
- Translate the customer requirements into deliverable IT products and services.
- Provide a technical solution design for responding to RFPs and customer requirements (Technical Proposal, BOQ, BOM, Visio and SOW)
- Conduct a technical presentation for the customers for technology orientation & proposal solution.
- Conduct and present the new technologies for the customer.
- Answer technical questions and provide detailed product information.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and documentation.
- Stay up to date with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.
- Support sales teams during client meetings and technical discussions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or network engineering role.
- Proven ability to understand and articulate networking concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with designing and implementing networking solutions.
