Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and selling integrated Light Current such as CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, and Structured Cabling. This role requires market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in the enterprise, commercial, and industrial sectors.

 

Systems:

(CCTV - Security data - analysis - SMART SECURITY)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers and follow up with them to know their demands and to ascertain the level of satisfaction.
  • Provide the customer with the required support in the technical points and respond to their comments and requirements.
  • Submit all the required documents to the potential clients (company official documents, catalogs, samples, etc…) based on clients.
  •  Follow up on pending projects with clients.
  • Sell and promote our products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide information to management about sales figures, goals and customer needs, interests, obstacles, and potential sales for existing/ new products and services
  • Provide the top management by the required reports on sales and market competitions.
  • Build and develop new and positive relationships with clients by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
  • Enhances company image and reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job Accomplishments.
  • Assist the company in achieving the yearly Target.
  • Participate in important negotiations with key customers to close the deal.
  • Submit technical proposal

Job Requirements

-Technical Support and Integration skills

-3+ years of experience Sales Engineer - Light current.

- Experience in Presales and Sales

- Knowledge of security measures

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively

- Experience in the building systems industry is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
