Job Description
- Analyze RFQs (Request for Quotations), tenders, and client requirements.
- Prepare and develop technical and commercial proposals in line with company capabilities and client specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and costing departments to gather required data for proposals.
- Perform cost estimation and prepare pricing sheets.
- Ensure all proposals are submitted within the deadlines and meet client expectations.
- Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and follow up on submitted proposals.
- Maintain documentation and records for all proposals and revisions.
- Support the sales team in pre-sales and bidding activities.
- Participate in negotiation meetings as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in proposals, estimation, or technical sales (preferably in construction, industrial, or oil & gas sectors).
- Strong knowledge of costing and tendering procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and proposal software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
