Job Description
- Reviewing and analyzing tender documents, specifications, and requirements
- Review the quantity survey from drawings.
- Divide the project into packages and send RFQ for vendors or sub-contractors.
- Preparing cost estimates and commercial proposals
- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
- Collaborating with project teams to develop winning strategies
- Ensuring compliance with tender submission deadlines
Job Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal engineering within the engineering sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and tendering software
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, contract terms, and commercial principles.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality proposals.
