Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Study tenders/RFQs received from team leader
- Collect required information from project bill of materials, specifications, and design drawings to proberly prepare commercial and technical proposals.
- Develop technical & commercial proposals in compliance with the appropriate engineering standards, codes, specifications, design instructions, etc.
- Effective management of recorded project details
- Amend the bid/proposal with any required modifications and keep a record with the latest requirements and adjustments
FOLLOW-UP
- Submit all reports requested by Division Manager
- Escalate problems to Division Manager in a timely manner to minimize business exposure
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- BS of electrical/mechanical engineering
- 2-10 years hands on experience in the studying of fire fighting systems [FM-200, NOVEC 1230, INERGEN (IG-541), CO₂, sprinklers, Foam] and/or fire alarm systems.
- Excellent user of MS Office
- Team working
- Ability to handle high flow work
- English business reading & writing
- High level of accuracy
