Job Description
- Prepare Technical and Financial Proposals.
- Review and draft project contracts (FIDIC).
- Preparation of Contract documents, amendments, and variations in accordance with approved company policy.
- Develop Tender Documents and Procedures such as: Instructions to Bidders, Technical and Financial Evaluation, Invitation Letters, Pre-Bid Meetings,...etc.
- Evaluation of Technical and Financial proposals by bidders.
- Review project time schedule and cash flow.
- Contact with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Attends meetings with Client Representative.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering
- Experience 1 to 5 years
- Fluent in English
- Good user of Primavera and/or MS Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,...etc)
- PRMG, PMP, CLAC is a plus.
- Demonstrating previous exposure to tendering and contracts and an understanding of basic contract language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Details-oriented, initiative, and self-motivated.
- Possessing experience interacting with executive-level staff.
