- Perform detailed technical reviews of tender documents, including specifications, drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

- Raise inquiries or clarification requests to clients in a timely and professional manner to ensure full understanding of project requirements.

- Manage the full tendering process for all construction projects, ensuring all packages are thoroughly studied, cost estimates are accurate, and pricing aligns with company guidelines.

- Coordinate the submission of tender documents by deadlines, ensuring all content is complete and well-presented
|
- Estimate materials cost in accordance approved technical drawings and sub-contractors relevant prices.
|
- Undertake all needed action to complete bill of quantities and all materials quantity surveying along with all required specification in accordance approved technical drawings in liaison with design team.
|
- Manage work breakdown for projects and complete pricing required with all suppliers and sub-contractors to and complete all prices comparison required.
|
- Develop and update sub-contractors list in all work-flow trades to facilitate pricing process.
|
- Keep track of projects’ statuses, create a checklist for assigned duties and tasks, and report relevant information to when required.
|
- Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
|
- Conduct site visits to gather relevant data and assess surrounding project conditions when necessary
|
- Attend clarification meetings with the Client when required.
