Job Description
- Review and analyze tender documents (mechanical specs, drawings, contracts, vendor lists).
- Prepare and send technical & contractual inquiries.
- Ensure bid proposals are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate communication during tender execution.
- Manage inquiries with suppliers & subcontractors.
- Evaluate mechanical offers technically and financially.
- Prepare cost estimation & budget sheets for mechanical scope of projects.
- Apply value engineering to enhance quality and reduce costs.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD
- Excellent English communication
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in mechanical tendering
