Job Description
- Review and prepare electrical tender documents and technical specifications.
- Analyze tender packages and identify all required electrical scopes.
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs for electrical works.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain and evaluate technical and financial offers.
- Ensure tender documents align with project requirements and execution plans.
- Develop and manage electrical procurement plans to meet project timelines.
- Liaise with engineering and site teams to determine accurate material needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in tendering and procurement roles.
- Strong experience in preparing and analyzing technical and commercial proposals.
- Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Primavera is a must.
- Additional certifications in tendering, procurement, or PMP are a plus.
