BIM Manager

BIM Standardization & Quality :Develop, implement, and maintain the company's BIM standards, workflows, and protocols. You'll ensure consistency and quality across all projects, aligning our practices with industry standards.

BIM Quality Inspection: Establish and enforce a rigorous quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) process for all BIM models and data. You'll conduct regular model audits and lead clash detection and resolution efforts to ensure a coordinated and buildable design.

Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) & Project Management:

Lead the strategic implementation of IDD. You'll use digital technologies and platforms to integrate work processes and connect all project stakeholders from design and fabrication to construction and asset management.

BIM Execution Plan (BEP): Develop, document, and implement comprehensive BIM Execution Plans for each project. You'll ensure that all team members and stakeholders understand and adhere to the project-specific BIM requirements and deliverables.

Interoperability: Manage and ensure seamless data exchange between different software and platforms. You'll troubleshoot interoperability challenges to maintain a smooth and efficient data flow and a "single source of truth" for all project information.

Periodic Reports: Generate and present regular reports on the status of BIM and IDD implementation. You'll track progress, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to project leadership on how digital delivery contributes to project success.
