Job Description
· BIM Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement the project-wide BIM execution plan (BEP) and digital strategy. This includes defining BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure consistent and high-quality BIM deliverables.
· Coordination & Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for all BIM-related activities. Facilitate clash detection and model coordination meetings to resolve conflicts between different disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural, MEP). Promote a collaborative environment where all team members effectively use the BIM model.
· Model Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of all project BIM models. Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project standards. Manage the data and information within the BIM models to support project lifecycle needs.
· Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to project teams on BIM software, tools, and processes. Keep the team informed about the latest BIM technologies and best practices.
· Software & Technology Management: Manage the selection, implementation, and maintenance of BIM software and related technology. Ensure all team members have access to the necessary tools and are proficient in their use.
· Delivery & Reporting: Manage the delivery of BIM models and documentation to meet project deadlines. Generate regular reports on BIM progress, coordination issues, and other key metrics.
Job Requirements
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Architectural Engineering
- Strong knowledge of BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks, ACC, etc.) and interoperability workflows.
- Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and manage cross-discipline coordination.
- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
