Job Description
- The primary role is to develop, sepcificy and improve market positioning while bringing new leads constantly and projects in the field of FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS ( Water Mist Fire Fighting System) amongst consultants, contractors and end-users.
- Work on techno-commerical proposals from leads generated.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into business through identifying project need and working with end/user To design and quote their project accordinlgy.
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organizations.
- Research and build relationships with new clients - (Government agencies, Banks, Industrial groups.
- Included will be a bonus / Comission payout once leads are translated into contracts / Purchase orders.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- 6-15 years of experience.
- Having OWN CAR is a must.
- Good Knowledge of Firefighting Systems in general is a Must (Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm etc.) or market experinece in the field of MEP.
- Creativity & Innovation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills; oral and written communication in both Arabic & English. Emails, reporting, preperation.
- be presentable and able to attend high level meetings.
- Effective demonstration and presentation techniques.
- Customer service orientated, motivated, honest, and results driven.
- Previous manufacturer training (design, calculation, sales pitch) preferred but not mandatory.
