Job Description
Process Development & Setup
1. Define and optimize SMT process parameters
2. Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and ensure smooth line setup
3. Develop SOPs, WI, and ensure documentation is up to date
4. Provide technical training for operators and technicians
5. Participate in customer audits and provide technical support.
Quality & Reliability
1. Monitor yield, FPY, DPMO, and defect rates at each SMT stage
2. Lead root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone) for process-related defects
3. Work with Quality to ensure compliance with industry standards
Continuous Improvement
1. Apply Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen to improve productivity
2. Optimize line balancing and cycle times to achieve target throughput
3. Drive initiatives to reduce material waste and improve process efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in SMT manufacturing (Fuji line).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent Command of the Arabic & English languages.
