Job Description
- Develop and compile technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs.
- Expertise in international and local lighting fixture vendors
- Tender Analysis: Review and interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and technical data.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with the project and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all bid documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted on time.
- Support negotiations and clarifications with clients after bid submission.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams to gather necessary inputs.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, related field
- 2–5 years of experience in bidding, estimation, or project engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction/engineering project lifecycles and cost structures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
