Job Description
- Tender Preparation and Submission:
- Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of tender requirements and identify key deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documents.
- Prepare tender proposals, including technical and financial components.
- Ensure all tender submissions meet the client’s specifications and deadlines.
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
- Develop detailed cost estimates for projects based on mechanical designs and specifications.
- Prepare and manage budgets for tender proposals.
- Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Fit out/Retail/Fast track projects experience is a must
- New/East Cairo resident is highly recommended
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering only
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and construction processes.
- Proficiency in tender management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
