Job Description
We're hiring a Sales Engineer to join our Power & Automation team. The ideal candidate is technically solid, commercially sharp, and passionate about delivering smart energy solutions to top-tier B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the sales of SCADA systems, Protection Relays, Power Meters, RTUs, and Electrical Panels
Build and develop strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and end clients
Prepare and customize technical proposals, BOQs, and tender submissions
Collaborate closely with the engineering and solutions teams to align offers with client needs
Manage the full sales lifecycle: from lead generation to contract closure and client follow-up
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings in power automation solutions
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
-4 to 6 years of experience in technical sales within the Power / Automation field
-Solid knowledge of SCADA systems, protection devices, RTUs, and panel integrations
-Strong technical writing and proposal development skills
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-Fluent in English (written & spoken)
