Job Description
- Analyze RFQs and project requirements related to BMS, KNX, Lighting Control, and GRMS.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.
- Design system architectures including HVAC controls, energy management, lighting control strategies, and GRMS integrations.
- Prepare risers, schematics, control diagrams, points lists, and technical submittals.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks).
- Support the sales team during client meetings, clarifications, and presentations.
- Coordinate with ELV, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure smooth technical alignment.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in delivering accurate design packages.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering.
- 5–7 years of proven pre-sales and design experience in BMS and control systems.
- Strong knowledge of Honeywell Alerton BMS platforms and integration with KNX, Lighting Control, and GRMS.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and relevant design/documentation tools.
- Excellent technical communication, client-facing, and proposal preparation skills.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, KNX Partner, LEED, or BMS vendor certifications are an advantage.
