Supervise and coordinate all mechanical site activities to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance with design requirements.
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders.
Identify and address any discrepancies or challenges in mechanical works, proposing effective solutions.
Ensure all mechanical works are executed within the allocated budget and timeline.
Support procurement activities by reviewing material submittals and coordinating with suppliers.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement on the construction site.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical site engineering within the construction industry.
Proven ability to supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
