Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations to ensure consistent brand standards and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize profitability and growth within the assigned area.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and manage loss prevention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to brand values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and HR to support store initiatives.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and foster a customer-centric culture across all locations.
  • Prepare and present area performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training programs to build strong, capable teams.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multi-store or area management role within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and implement effective action plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management and loss prevention.
  • Ability to work on-site (office-based) and travel regularly between store locations.
  • Solid understanding of visual merchandising and brand standards.
  • Track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
