Job Description
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations to ensure consistent brand standards and exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize profitability and growth within the assigned area.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and manage loss prevention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to brand values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and HR to support store initiatives.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and foster a customer-centric culture across all locations.
- Prepare and present area performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training programs to build strong, capable teams.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multi-store or area management role within the retail or fashion industry.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and implement effective action plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management and loss prevention.
- Ability to work on-site (office-based) and travel regularly between store locations.
- Solid understanding of visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
