Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the Delta region.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors and retail partners in the Delta region.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 to 8 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or food and confectionery industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional or area sales role.
- Deep understanding of the Delta region’s market dynamics, customer base, and distribution channels.
