Job Description
Euro Motors Hub is hiring a Sales Team Leader to join our growing team in Maadi.
We are a German-based company specialized in importing and delivering European cars with full service and after-sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance using CRM tools (ENGAZ CRM).
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to increase closing rates.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure premium customer service.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Conduct role-play training and continuous coaching for the sales team.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Automotive background is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent command of English (German is a big plus).
