Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and grow our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of North Coast and Alexandria projects, excellent leadership skills, and a strong sales track record in the primary market.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of property consultants to meet sales targets
- Oversee the team’s performance and daily activities
- Assign leads, monitor pipelines, and ensure high conversion rates
- Train new joiners on real estate products, CRM systems, and sales techniques
- Conduct regular market analysis and share project updates
- Coordinate with marketing and operations for campaign execution
- Handle client escalations and provide strategic support to close deals
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Deep knowledge of North Coast and Alexandria projects is a mus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
- Owning a car is preferred
