Job Description:

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Team Leader to oversee and coach a team of property consultants focused on primary market sales. You’ll be responsible for team performance, closing high-value deals, and ensuring your team delivers a premium client experience.

This is a leadership role that combines strategy, execution, and mentorship—ideal for a senior consultant looking to take the next step or an experienced team lead ready for a stronger platform.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate consultants.

Oversee daily operations, track KPIs, and ensure sales targets are met.

Assist team members in closing deals and handling complex negotiations.

Work directly with clients when needed and close high-ticket sales.

Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.

Collaborate with management to align on campaigns, targets, and inventory.

Utilize internal CRM tools to monitor pipeline and lead engagement.

Represent The Polygon professionally with clients and developers.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.

Strong background in primary market sales (developer-focused).

Fluent English is a must (spoken and written).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Confident using CRM systems and sales analytics.

Deep understanding of the real estate market, especially West Cairo.
