Job Description
1- Team Management:
- Supervising sales representatives and monitoring their daily performance.
- Motivating the team to achieve sales targets and required geographic coverage.
- Evaluating team performance and identifying training and development needs.
2- Achieving Targets:
- Monitoring the achievement of sales goals for each area and representative.
- Providing periodic reports to management on performance and sales.
3- Distribution and Market Management:
- Ensuring the implementation of the distribution plan and covering all designated sales outlets
- Monitoring market activity, analyzing competition, and providing field reports
4- Customer Communication:
- Building strong relationships with key customers and solving field issues.
- Following up on customer complaints and coordinating with management to resolve them.
5- Administrative Follow-Up:
- Reviewing daily reports from representatives, invoices, and collection statements.
- Coordinating with other departments such as warehouses, collections, and distribution to ensure work efficiency.
6- Control and Discipline:
Ensuring the team's adherence to sales lines, marketing and commercial policies.- Monitoring adherence to work schedules, overall appearance of representatives, and use of work tools.
Job Requirements
- (Bachelor's in Commerce or Business Administration preferred).
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in sales, including two years as a sales supervisor in the food or consumer goods sector.
- Good knowledge of sales and distribution methods and team management.
- High communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in computer usage and sales software (Excel - ERP).
