Job Description
- Manage and supervise daily operations of the insurance branch.
- Support the achievement of sales targets by motivating and guiding the branch team.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries, renewals, and claims escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and insurance regulations.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate branch progress to higher management.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to increase branch visibility and business opportunities.
- Coach and support junior staff to improve performance and efficiency.
- Maintain branch records and ensure proper documentation of policies, claims, and customer interactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in insurance sales, operations, or branch supervision.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (life/general/medical).
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English and Arabic.
