Job Description
We Are Hiring – Assistant Store Manager at Mr. Tailor
Mr. Tailor is looking for a professional and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate communication with branch staff.
- Execute the General Manager’s daily instructions.
- Oversee, monitor, and report on daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and manage a team of 6–12 employees to ensure proper performance.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
- Handle cash flow and receipts accurately.
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (sales, orders, payments).
- Implement company policies in-store and prepare daily reports for administration.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Maximum age: 36 years old.
- Good command of English and computer skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
