Job Description
- Assist the Reservation Manager in overseeing the reservation team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle complex or escalated booking requests, changes, and cancellations for cruise passengers and travel agents.
- Monitor cruise inventory and availability, optimizing bookings to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Support the development and enforcement of reservation policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and support to reservation agents to maintain high service standards.
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to coordinate cruise offerings and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with cruise itineraries, pricing, special offers, and company policies.
- Ensure data accuracy in the reservation system and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reservations, preferably in the cruise, travel, or hospitality sector.
- Experience using reservation or booking systems.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM and booking software knowledge a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
