Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in the chemicals division.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within domestic and international markets.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in sales management within the chemicals or related industrial sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of chemical products, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
  • Very good in using sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment and travel as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Very good in English
