- Optimize supply chains to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze sales data and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Monitor payment collections and resolve any financial disputes.
- Track customer satisfaction and work on improving the purchasing experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA) or specialized courses in sales and export management is a plus.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the chemical, mining, or construction materials industries.
- Proven experience in export operations, including shipping, customs clearance, and international trade.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and expanding into new markets.
- Negotiation Skills, Relationship Management, Market Knowledge.
- Pricing & Financial Analysis, Team Leadership.
- Fluency in English spoken and written.
- Proficiency in software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Flexibility to travel frequently for business meetings and market expansion.
