Job Description
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of agricultural products, from launch and post-launch optimization.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities within the crop protection and agricultural chemicals sector.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align and successful product delivery.
Execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with company objectives and market demands.
Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement continuous improvements to maximize product value and market share.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote products and gather market intelligence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or advanced degree in agriculture, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, product management, preferably within the agricultural, chemical, or crop protection industries.
Strong analytical skills.
Project management and organizational abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the agricultural chemicals sector.
