Job Description
- Actively engage with potential customers to understand their automotive needs and recommend suitable vehicles from the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight vehicle features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and customer requirements.
- Prepare and process all necessary sales documentation, contracts, and paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and showroom events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest automotive trends, models, and technologies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Provide post-sale support and address any customer inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and benefits.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
