Job Description
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and follow-up contacts.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in general supplies or a similar field.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM/BRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and outcomes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or supplies sales.
