Account Manager

The account manager role is responsible to foster strong relationships with existing customers, maintain customer satisfaction, assist in business growth by creating a pipeline with new leads, set meetings and negotiate contracts to maximize profits. 

• Create a database of partners, pipeline with new prospects and set up meetings to expand business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships. 
• Establish and build strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers’ inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction 
• Create engaging presentation materials for customer that effectively communicate all necessary information to aid their decision-making process 
• Upsell and Cross-sell additional products and services to meet financial targets and grow existing accounts. 
• Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize profits  
• Receive & resolve daily requests from billers to ensure timely and accurate resolution of inquiries 
• Monitor industry news, competitor activities, and market trends to stay informed about the broader business environment
