Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager to oversee and manage premium client projects as well as projects marketed or executed through our managing company. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between clients, and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Project Management
- Receive projects from clients or the sales team and ensure all requirements are clearly understood.
- Prepare a work plan and project timeline.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage the project from initiation to final delivery. - Client Communication
- Maintain continuous contact with clients to follow up on their requirements and update them on progress.
- Visit targeted clients to discuss their needs and listen to their feedback.
- Prepare proposals and project briefs based on client requests. - Team Coordination
- Coordinate with the Platform partner and the teams to execute tasks.
- Source additional freelancers or implementation teams when needed and ensure their competence. - Follow-Up and Collection
- Follow up with clients to collect payments at various project stages.
- Ensure compliance with agreed payment terms. - Quality and Problem-Solving
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet specifications.
- Address any issues or delays in coordination with relevant parties. - Support and Sales
- Participate in meetings with potential clients to present the partner's capabilities or services offered by the managing company.
- Contribute to preparing and implementing development plans for premium or direct client projects.
