Job Description
- Lead the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the company’s ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee the integration of ERP modules with other business applications and ensure seamless data flow across departments.
- Manage a team of ERP administrators and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and enforce ERP system policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and implement ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor system usage, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or technical support for timely resolution.
- Plan and execute ERP upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Generate and analyze reports to support management decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data management and system security.
- Stay current with emerging ERP technologies and recommend enhancements to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP system administration, with a proven track record in managing complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams within a mid to large-sized organization.
- Strong understanding of ERP architectures, database management, and system integration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving ERP-related issues promptly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and document system policies, procedures, and user manuals.
- Experience in planning and executing system upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards relevant to ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
