-Manage and mentor a recruitment team to deliver high-quality results.
Job Requirements
-10–13 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
-Previous experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
-Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and talent pipelines.
-Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
-Strong organizational and project management abilities.
-Fluent in English
