Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Specialist to develop, manage, and grow strategic partnerships that align with our organizational goals.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and project management, with an ability to drive mutual value through partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in control, electrical engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build rapport.
- Experience with CRM systems and partnership tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical approach to evaluating partner performance and ROI.
Job Requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and engage potential partners aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and collaborators.
- Develop and negotiate partnership proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing partnerships to ensure mutual success.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, legal, finance) to execute partnership plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on partnership activities, pipeline, and impact metrics.
- Represent the organization at external meetings, events, and conferences.
- Continuously assess market trends and opportunities for strategic collaboration.
