About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Corporate Partnerships & CSR Account Manager to drive sustainable fundraising growth by building and nurturing long-term relationships with corporate partners. This role combines account management, business development, and CSR partnership design to maximize social impact and fundraising outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring effective relationship management and partnership continuity.
- Identify and develop CSR opportunities, sponsorships, and joint initiatives with corporate clients to support the organization’s programs.
- Deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals to C-level executives and CSR decision-makers.
- Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with fundraising objectives and organizational values.
- Proactively track fundraising targets, forecast revenue, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor CSR trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to enhance partnership strategies.
- Discover and pursue new corporate funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
- Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen visibility and engagement.
- Lead innovative fundraising activities and CSR campaigns that enhance brand recognition and donor loyalty.
- Ensure a partner-centric experience by addressing partner needs promptly and fostering long-term commitment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Development Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, corporate relations, or business development (preferably in the nonprofit sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of CSR frameworks, sustainability practices, and corporate philanthropy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (spoken and written).
- From 3-5 Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
