- Build and execute business development plans

-Create strong relationships with key stakeholders

-Collaborate with technical & operations teams
-Lead client negotiations to deal closure
-Report insights to senior management
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in business development (construction/energy/ solar is a must)
- B.Sc. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Solid technical knowledge of construction & contracting
- Fluent in English
- Strong understanding of construction projects, materials, and contracting processes.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, contract negotiation, and revenue generation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and market analysis tools.
