Job Description
- Identify and evaluate new markets, clients, and business opportunities to expand Wadi Group’s footprint locally and regionally.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, key accounts, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, R&D, and marketing) to tailor solutions that meet client and market needs.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, bids, and presentations to potential partners and customers.
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend actions to maintain Wadi Group’s competitive advantage.
- Track, report, and evaluate business development KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
