Job Description
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored product solutions.
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and submit commercial offers, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including installation, troubleshooting, and customer training.
- Modify and configure product solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical consultations.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to product development and engineering teams based on customer input.
- Assist in sales forecasting, planning, and reporting activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed.
- Support negotiation and closure of sales deals.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive experience in HVAC, Fire Fightingm FM, or a relevant field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and customer teams.
- Excellent Command of English Language
- Computer Literacy is a must
