Job Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the translation and localization
industry. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs.
- Present and promote DB Group’s translation services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, in the
translation or localization industry. - Strong understanding of translation and localization services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Excellent Command of spoken and written English (minimum C1).
