Job Description
As a Business Development Executive at, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities & leads and nurture and expand relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing new business deals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients to ensure steady business growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and pain points.
- Ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and delivering exceptional service.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
- Utilize digital tools, CRM software, and data analytics to optimize lead generation.
Proposal Development & Presentations
- Collaborate with operations teams to leverage internal expertise in crafting client solutions.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance service offerings based on client needs.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Generate sales reports to track performance, identify challenges, and refine strategy.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within HR or consulting services.
- Strong knowledge of HR solutions and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in building and sustaining client relationships.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Fluency in English is required;
