Job Description
We are a growing healthcare and wellness group seeking a proactive and reliable Executive Secretary & Business Developer to work directly with the Group Owner and report solely to him.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of a strategic growth journey in the health sector, supporting executive functions while also contributing to partnerships, business development, and expansion efforts. Remote work privileges may be granted as we scale, and travel might be required for business-related meetings, events, or operations.

Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Serve as the personal executive assistant to the Owner and act as his direct point of coordination
- Organize daily schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and confidential communication
- Prepare reports, business decks, and official correspondence
- Track action items and follow up on deliverables
- Maintain discretion with sensitive materials and high-level decisions
Business Development:
- Research and approach potential partners, affiliates, and referring professionals
- Prepare and pitch business proposals and customized wellness offerings
- Support outreach to companies, corporate wellness contacts, and health organizations
- Help organize events, workshops, and business presentations
- Assist with deal follow-ups and managing the communication pipeline
Operations & Communication:
- Manage executive tasks via email, phone, and in-person check-ins
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and external contacts
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure execution of business strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support, business development, or similar roles
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and accountability
- Willingness to travel and be available when needed
- Comfort with standard productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
Bonus:
