Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive for our cosmetics division. This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with international cosmetics brands, as well as managing local product development projects. The candidate should be capable of preparing and presenting business and marketing plans, and supporting the entire product development cycle from idea to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach foreign cosmetics brands for potential partnerships, distribution, or licensing agreements.
- Evaluate and analyze new business opportunities in the cosmetics sector.
- Develop and present business and marketing plans to management and partners.
- Support negotiations and collaborations with international brand owners.
- Coordinate the local product development process, including concept, formulation, packaging, and launch timelines.
- Ensure all product development activities meet company standards and market needs.
- Conduct market research to support business development initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals in clear, professional English.
- Maintain records and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Responsible for Art work content.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Cosmetics Science, or related field.
- Previous experience in business development or product development, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to engage with international business partners.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
