Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy, electromechanical, and facility management sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Represent Leeds at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic business development plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into successful business relationships.
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy, electromechanical, or facility management industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Must own a car.
