Job Description

Aria Systems is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Business Development Executive with a strong sales background in ERP systems, EDI solutions, and B2B platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience exclusively in software sales, particularly targeting businesses in sectors like apparel, textiles, manufacturing, and home furnishings.

This role requires a driven professional who can independently manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client outreach to proposal and closing while providing daily reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads in target markets through daily outreach calls, emails, and scheduled meetings.
  • Own and manage the full sales process, from initial engagement and product demo through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to align customer needs with tailored ERP/EDI/B2B solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, maintain client relationships, and drive business growth.
  • Utilize CRM and reporting systems to document all interactions, manage pipeline, and track performance.
  • Provide daily updates and feedback reports to management on sales activities and client interactions.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in ERP, EDI, or B2B software solutions.
  • Background must be purely in sales, with no requirement for technical implementation or support experience.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and internal reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple prospects at once.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively
