Job Description

Operations & Business Development Executive

Location: Egypt (Remote with occasional on-site needs)
Reports to: Management

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations & Business Development Executive to support the daily operations of our business while driving client engagement and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a drive to learn and grow. This role combines customer service, operations management, business development, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relations

  • Handle incoming customer orders over the phone and ensure accurate processing.
  • Call customers to check satisfaction, resolve complaints, and ensure service quality.
  • Record detailed notes of customer issues and ensure corrective measures are applied.

Operations & Administration

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Place and track inventory orders, ensuring materials and supplies are always available.
  • Manage business emails, inquiries, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
  • Track employee assignments and ensure follow-up on deliverables.

Business Development

  • Cold call potential clients and introduce company services.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients, especially for property-related opportunities in Egypt.
  • Support the establishment and development of business operations in Egypt.

Team Support & Leadership

  • Assist in managing a small team and monitoring task completion.
  • Provide updates to management on operations, market activities, and client interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or sales support.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
